We’ll do a “Re-Clean” at our own expense if it doesn’t meet your Real Estate’s Standards. Inform us if you require minor repairs, we’ll do our best to accommodate all your needs.

We have standardised our methods that we leave the place “Ultra Clean” and we do this by only using TGA approved products for cleaning and disinfecting your premises. We make sure the quality is always at a high standard with regular inspections undertaken by the company directors.
- Stove, Griller, Drip Trays, Range hood including filters and behind stove to be cleaned and grease free
- Refrigerator (if supplied) to be cleaned inside also underneath & behind and door to be left open
- Washing machine (if supplied) to be cleaned inside & out, including the filter, and lid left up
- Dryer (if supplied) to be cleaned out and all lint removed from filter
- Exhaust fans to be dusted and filter emptied
- Air/heating vents to be dusted
- Blinds to be dusted & cleaned
- Windows to be cleaned inside (& out if possible)
- Windowsills and tracks to be cleaned.

- All marks to be removed from walls
- All light fittings to be cleaned and all bulbs to be in working order
- All floors and skirting boards to be washed
- Carpets are to be cleaned by professional carpet cleaners and the receipts handed to our office. (Additional charge for extra rooms)
- All curtain attachments (rods, rings, holders) to be in working order. (Responsible of tenant)
- Shower recess, bathtub, shower screens / curtains and toilets are to be free of soap residue and mildew.
- All cobwebs to be removed
- Lawns to be mowed and edges to be trimmed (if applicable) – If required, inform us. (Additional Cost)
- No rubbish to be left in garden or balcony areas. (If required, we also do rubbish removal from $60)
- Household rubbish must be placed in bins provided ready for Body Corporate or Council collection
- Furniture (if supplied) to be left in the same condition as it was found. Lounge cushions to be vacuumed and steam cleaned if necessary. (Organise with us if required)
- Driveways, carports and all concrete areas to be free from oil and grease stains
- All items on inventory to be accounted for. (Responsibility of tenant)
- Garage/Car Space must be left free from accumulated rubbish and furniture. (Responsibility of tenant)
